LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Jennifer Garner has obtained a temporary restraining order against a man she says is stalking her.

Garner claims 37-year-old Steven Burky has engaged in “obsessive and harassing behavior” that reportedly included sending “packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts” and allegedly following the actress around the country.

“He has now shown up at my private residence and has repeatedly expressed his belief that God has sent him a vision of me being persecuted in some manner that might result in my death,” Garner said in the petition.

The protective order requires Burky to stay at least 100 yards away from Garner, husband Ben Affleck and daughter Violet.

Garner is also asking a judge to grant her a permanent restraining order. A hearing on the matter is set for Thursday.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Actress Winona Ryder was hospitalized briefly in the UK after becoming ill on a British Airways flight from Los Angeles.

The 37-year-old actress was treated and released at a West London hospital on Wednesday.

The cause or specifics of her illness wasn’t revealed.

British Airways told the Associated Press a flight from Los Angeles to Heathrow requested priority landing when a female passenger it did not identify required medical attention.

LOS ANGELES California (X17online) - The cockpit voice recordings from the learjet crash that injured drummer Travis Barker and DJ AM have been released by the Federal Aviation Administration.

In the recordings, the pilot tells air traffic controllers the plane is “going off the end” of the runway.

“Roll the equipment, we’re going off the end,” co-pilot James Bland says on the recordings, released Tuesday.

The pilots words are the last recorded before the accident that killed the pilot and 3 others on September 19th.

Controllers at the Columbia, S.C., airport can also be heard on the recordings working to divert other planes and calling for emergency personnel after the jet ran off the runway, ripped through a fence and came to rest in flames

Aviation officials have said cockpit recordings showed the jet’s crew thought a tire had blown before takeoff, but those sounds were not in the files released Tuesday.

National Transportation Safety Board officials have said pieces of tire were recovered about 2,800 feet from where the plane started its takeoff down the 8,600-foot runway.

Jackman, 40, has been married for twelve years to Deborra-Lee Furness. When told of the award Furness joked, “Obviously, Brad wasn’t available this year.”

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Kelly Osbourne is engaged to marry her 18-year-old boyfriend, model Luke Worrall.

The engagement was announced on Worrall’s Facebook page. Osbourne had been spotted wearing a ring recently, but no confirmation had been issued until now.

Osbourne, 23 has been dating the fashion model for about six months. Kelly Osbourne, the daughter of rocker Ozzy and former talk show host Sharon, appeared in the MTV reality series “The Osbournes” and currently hosts a radio program in the UK.

Swift’s album sold 592,000 copies in its first week of release, making it one of the biggest openings this year.

Coming in at No. 2 on The Billboard 200 is David Archuleta’s self-titled CD, followed by the 29th edition of “Now That’s What I Call Music!” at No. 3, T-Pain’s “Thr33 Ringz” at No. 4 and the soundtrack from the upcoming movie “Twilight” at No. 5.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - In a revealing interview from an upcoming documentary, Britney Spears says she married ex-husband Kevin Federline “for the wrong reasons.”

“Instead of following my heart and doing something that made me really happy, I just did it for the idea of [marriage and] everything,” Spears says.

The pop singer also revealed “art is her therapy.”

“I have a lot of nervous energy and when I start dancing it all goes away. All I feel is emotion,” Spears says.

“For me, art is therapy. Because you’re expressing yourself in such a spiritual way.”

Dance in particular is what Spears finds most therapeutic.

“Sometimes you don’t need to use words to go through what you need to go through,” Spears says.

“Sometimes it’s an emotion that you need to feel when you dance that you need to touch on and the only thing that can touch on it is when you move a certain way.”

“Britney Spears: For the Record” premieres Nov. 30 on MTV, two days before Spears’ 27th birthday and the release of her sixth studio album, “Circus.”
