LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake will perform with Madonna at her concert in Los Angeles, according to KIIS-FM.

Ryan Seacrest told listeners Wednesday afternoon about the rumored event.

“If Justin and Britney end up on that stage with her…I don’t know if I’ve ever seen anything quite like that before,” said Ryan as he spoke to afternoon DJ Boy Toy Jesse.

If it happens, it would be the first time Britney Spears will have been seen in public with her ex Justin Timberlake in several years. It will also be the first time Spears has performed with Madonna since the two shared a controversial kiss in the opening act of MTV’s Video Music Awards in 2003.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Many celebrities are celebrating Barack Obama’s election and expressing optimism for the new administration heading to Washington in January.

“I congratulate President-elect Obama on his historic victory, and now it’s time to begin unifying the country so we can take on the extraordinary challenges that this generation faces,” George Clooney told Entertainment Tonight.

Clooney had previously expressed his support for Obama during the president-elect’s campaign.

On Wednesday morning’s “The View,” Elizabeth Hasselbeck - one of McCain’s most visible and vocal supporters - acknowledge the extraordinary election.

“No one lost today — and God knows I fought hard on the other side. Today is a victory for this country. The first black president. The first black first lady. The first black family. I haven’t felt this good (about an election).”

Madonna, who was performing in San Diego when the victory was announced, briefly interrupted her show.

“This is a historical evening!” Madonna said. “We are lucky to be sharing it with each other!”

In Los Angeles, Courtney Cox and David Arquette hosted an Obama victory party attended by celebrity friends including Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer. At one point Arquette brought out a large bottle of champagne to share with photographers who’d gathered outside their home.

Oprah Winfrey, who has supported Obama since early in the primary, was at Grant Park in Chicago to witness the president-elect’s acceptance speech.

“It feels like hope won,” she told Britain’s BBC News. “It feels like there’s a shift in consciousness. It feels like something really big and bold has happened here, like nothing ever in our lifetimes did we expect this to happen.” She said no longer will there be just red states and blue states, and that “the color purple rules.”

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - “Gossip Girl” star Ed Westwick has been tapped to promote K-Swiss shoes and clothing, according to E! online.

Westwick will reportedly be featured in television and print ads promoting K-Swiss’ iconic ‘Classics’ shoe, known for its all-white design.

The ads will have a “rock-and-roll meets the country club” feel, with the 21-year-old holding tennis balls, rackets and guitars.

A source describes the ads as, “very Brit cool, blending tennis and music.”

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) -Taylor Swift is talking for the first time about her break-up with Joe Jonas.

On Wednesday morning’s “On-Air with Ryan Seacrest” Taylor confirmed that two had been dating and the split had been painful.

Seacrest asked Swift or if she’d ever “really been deeply hurt by someone?”

“Once,” the singer said referring to her break-up with the Jonas brother.

“It’s tough, and it’s been tough. And you just have to realize that someday you’ll find someone that’s right for you,” Swift said.

Swift said she wrote the song “Forever and Always” on her new album “Fearless” about the break-up.

“I write about my life,” she said, “it helps me that I can talk about what happened and just get it out of my system.”

While Swift didn’t say exactly what led to the break-up, she said that Joe Jonas wasn’t allowed to be seen in public with her because The Jonas Brother’s management thought it would hurt Joe’s heartthrob image to have a girlfriend.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - ‘Twilight’ star Robert Pattinson had his hand-prints immortalized in cement at New York City’s Planet Hollywood.

The 22-year-old British actor’s prints will join those of other stars, such as Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzennegger, at the movie-themed restaurant.

The event brought out hundreds of fans of Pattinson and the vampire-themed “Twilight” books.

A slight gaff caused some embarrassment for the ‘Harry Potter’ actor. Because of a delay, the cement had already begun to harden before Pattinson made it to the stage. Despite pressing with his entire body weight, the actor’s hands were barely able to make an impression in the cement. Pattinson smiled sheepishly as an assistant helped by firmly pressing the actors fingers into the cement.

“Twilight” opens in theaters on November 21st.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - In Los Angeles and New York City, celebrities were spotted waiting in line with everyday Americans at polling places to participate in this year’s historic election.

Around 7am in Los Angeles, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were seen walking to a house in their Hollywood Hills neighborhood to cast their ballots.

“You should go vote too,” Justin suggested to a photographer.

Leonardo DiCaprio, who produced several online videos encouraging young people to vote, was in Paris on election day - but still made sure his voice was heard.

“Leo voted early,” DiCaprio’s spokesperson told X17online.

In New York, Sean Combs was photographed at he exited the voting booth. “I felt like my vote was the vote that put Obama in office,” Combs told the Associated Press.

Back in Los Angeles, Ryan Phillippe, Lindsay Lohan, Rachel Bilson, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck (who chased after his ‘I Voted’ sticker when a gust of wind blew it off his jacket) were all seen at the polls.

For most stars, voting was a low key event. Paris Hilton was the exception.

The reality star arrived at the Registrar of Voters office in Norwalk, Calif. surrounded by photographers. Attired in a short black cocktail dress, Hilton catwalked her way into the building to cast her ballot.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Janet Jackson will not be rescheduling tour dates that were cancelled because of the singer’s health problems, a spokesperson says.

Additionally, no new dates for the “Rock Witchu” tour are planned.

The spokesperson blames the cancellations on “scheduling conflicts.” Last month it was revealed that Jackson was suffering from migraine induced vertigo that forced her to postpone a number of planned concerts.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Charlize Theron has settled a million suit with a Swiss watchmaker that alleged the Academy-Award winning actress failed to follow the terms of a contract with the company.

Watchmaker Raymond Weil sued Theron claiming the actress wore a competitor’s watch at several red carpet events, a violation of her agreement with the company.

Weil said the violations “demonstrate a total disregard by [Theron] for any of her obligations under the agreement.”

Terms of the settlement were not disclosed and neither the watchmaker or Theron would comment on the case.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Two surfers accused of attacking a photographer trying to snap a picture of Matthew McConaughey have pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor battery charges, according to the Malibu District Attorney’s office.

Skylar Peak and Philip Hildebrand are accused of pushing photographer Richid Altmbareckouhammou and hurling his camera into the ocean in June as he tried take pictures of a surfing Matthew McConaughey.

Video taken that day shows a large crowd of beach-goers taunting and swearing at photographers who had gathered to capture images of the actor. Only Peak and Hildebrand have been charged in the attack.

A pre-trial hearing is set for January 14th.
